Haut-Bailly continues its excellent form. This wine combines its hallmark elegant and flowing style in a bolder and more structured manner. A swathe of pure, essence-like fruit within a fine grain tannic framework, gives the characteristic Pessac ‘matte’ texture. Closed and tightly packed at this embryonic stage, the intensity, depth and long finish, allied with refinement and freshness, give a wine with great promise.
