Abundant, wonderfully ripe dark berries on the palate, which is tightly packed with fruit within a muscular frame. A very assertive style, yet with sublime refinement to the sweet tannins. There is a stunning minerality here, grippy almost, with notes of graphite lending complexity to racy, Cabernet-dominated fruit.
