2008 Le Petit Mouton, Pauillac

2008 Le Petit Mouton, Pauillac

Ripe, powerful nose of broad, rich creamy cassis fruit, with a toast and cedar backdrop. Soft, sweet, dark berry fruit on the palate. Layered core of great depth. Firmly structured palate with a breadth and richness of black fruit and mocha. Long and thickly textured, layered and profound, dynamically fresh. Incredible that this is just a second wine.
