Comprising 68% Cabernet Sauvignon and the balance Merlot, the 2008 d’Issan reveals the classic Margaux hallmarks of fragrant, perfumed, berry fruit and graphite. Glorious, textural, with feminine-styled fruit and an effortless density. There is lushness to the mid-palate, which is cushioned and packed with soft layers of stone and berry fruit, silky tannins and a discreet creaminess.
