Scented, sweet, ripe berry fruit and graphite aromas herald an attractive palate of streamlined, elegant fruit. This is a bright and vibrant mid-weight style with more of a stone-fruit accent to its blackcurrant fruit than is evident in the grand vin. Already showing a good, accessible, supple accent to its fruit, this Carruades, which shares similar traits with the Grand Vin, will provide good early drinking.
