Owner Mme Gasqueton is clearly very pleased with this vintage, and rightly so. Careful selection from healthy fruit (roughly 60% Cabernet Sauvignon, 20% Merlot, the rest Cabernet Franc) has produced a fragrant wine, with ripe, dense black and red fruit on the mid-palate, hints of spice and beautifully melted tannins. Very well balanced with a long finish.
