S.R.C. Vini
A brand new producer on Mount Etna, named after daughters Sandra and Rosario (Rori) and wife
Cinzia, the family only purchased their first 0.5 hectares in 2013. Since then the estate has expanded
to eight hectares, spread between 600 and 1,000 metres of altitude, planted on historic, and more
recent (1981!) lava flows. In 2016, they built a new cellar, accommodating cement and large botti
for their wines made from tiny yields. As such, this is the first vintage made in that cantina, and the
results are charming: precise and fresh, and bottled with little sulphur, they’re a stunning addition to
our range.
