Produttori del Barbaresco is a labour of love birthed by a community and a collective belief in the potential of the Barbaresco region. Established in 1958 by 19 growers and the village priest, Don Fiorino, the winery today consists of 50 growers and over 100 hectares of vineyards. Standing as a legacy to both Fiorino’s vision and the enduring spirit of fellowship cultivated alongside the vineyards. The cru sites in the DOCG Barbaresco appellation include vineyards Ovello, Montestefano, Pora, Asili, Montefico, Pajè, Rabajà, Rio Sordo, and Muncagota and the winery, rather unusually, focuses almost solely on one grape variety, the Nebbiolo. The ‘king’ of red wine in Italy, this indigenous grape is known for its high acidity, pronounced tannins and aromatic bouquet.
