Domaine Violot-Guillemard is one of Pommard's rising stars. The family-run estate is in the hands of 5th generation, Joannès Violot-Guillemard, who took over from his parents Thierry and Estelle in 2019. They make lively, perfumed Pinot Noirs and elegant Chardonnays from their eight hectares of organic vineyards spread across Pommard, Volnay, Meursault, Monthélie and Beaune.
