The single-malt Scotch that gives back to nature
Creag Dhu isn’t just an exceptional smooth and spicy single malt – it’s a whisky that’s inherently connected to nature, the mountains and the preservation of the peatlands – nature’s great carbon store.
This is deliciously beautiful on the nose, with sweet spice, Christmas cake, and a hint of toffee apple. The palate is silky smooth, with a warmth that coats the mouth without being overpowering, and just a hint of smokiness completing the picture. A brilliant debut from this name to watch.
The award-winning single-malt
A classic Speyside Whisky from the revered distillery founded in 1856, this delicious Sherried style with unctuous notes of coca and hints of smoke is the perfect winter warmer.
Glenfarclas is one of the only family-run distilleries in Scotland and has been in the Grant family for generations. This 25 year old single malt from Glenfarclas spent its days in 100% Oloroso sherry casks. It's complex, nutty, with clear sherry character and a rich, long finish. It won gold at the 2019 International Spirits Challenge.
A beautifully botanical Gin for the ultimate Christmas G&T or cocktail
The ‘double’ in this Gin’s name refers to Boatyard’s ‘purist’s’ approach to distilling, placing juniper at both the start and end of the process. The result is a wonderfully pronounced juniper flavour that adds real freshness to the mix.
Made in County Fermanagh from organically grown wheat, Boatyard is a true farm-to-bottle distillery, using their own wheat and botanicals in the recipe. They use a distinct double contact distillation method to emphasise the flavours of the juniper. It's light, elegant and crisp, with floral notes initially and a broader, textural richness towards the finish.
Exceptional Japanese Whisky
Made using mainly Sherry casks for maturation, this deliciously complex and fragrant single malt is made by the now revered Miyagiko distillery in Japan, founded back in 1969.
Malts from the Miyagikyo distillery are known for their elegance and fruit-forward nature. This whisky is made from peated and non-peated barley and is made in indirectly heated pot stills to emphasise the delicate fruity signature style. Maturation is mostly in sherry casks which shines through in the final whisky. Made from a blend of whiskies of various ages.
Delicate and elegant Irish single-malt Whiskey
Founded in 2015, Waterford Distillery was set up in a converted brewery that had once produced a famous Stout. The focus here is on terroir with local barley being used to create delicate and delicious blends such as this.
Mark Reynier is a pioneering believer in terroir in whisky, and moved home to Ireland to focus on expressing each individual barley site in his whiskies. Cuvee is their new flagship, and is a blend of 25 different single farm origin whiskies. The result is finer than the sum of its parts, with aromatic honey, hay, peach, vanilla and orange. It's delicate and elegant in style, and soft, peppery and biscuity on the palate. Unique and characterful.
A delicious French Brandy - silky, pure and a touch fiery
Made from the leftover Pomace (skin, pulp and seeds) from wine grape pressings, Marc de Bourogne produces a complex and with unique spirit with layers of flavour and aroma. This example blends smooth florals, rich fruit and a touch of heat perfectly.

The blend is a mystery, but contains whiskies from across Scotland, including Islay, Speyside and Campbeltown. The whisky is always bottled non-chill filtered and with no added colour. The nose is full of rich fruit, caramel and butterscotch. There’s a spiciness to the palate and a long clean finish.
A staple of Fettercairn’s range, this offers the purest expression of the distillery’s house style – matured for 22 years in American White Oak ex-bourbon barrels, this whisky shows a hugely enticing profile of banana, mango, fig, and raisin before developing beautifully into a lingering finish of vanilla, oak, spiced pears, and treacle. Presented at 47% ABV with natural colour and non-chill filtered, there’s no better way to explore the style of this much-loved historic distillery.
