The highest proption of Cabernet in history (98%) has produced a dense and savoury Lafite which will need more time than most 2013s to reveal its charm. Spicy, with crushed pepper, cassis and cured meat it will be interesting to map the evolution of this wine, suspect it will surprise a few.
