On the nose this has an almost-creamy, rounded nature, with appealing notes of red and dark fruit. Smoothly cool on the palate, with a lovely sense of freshness and an immediately obvious minerality. While quite a big wine, this has a lovely sense of purity and drive, aided by finely-grained tannins that give this a taut structure. Beautifully fresh on the finish, this is an excellent wine from the Moueix stable.
