We were hugely impressed with the unforced character of this year’s offering from Calon-Ségur – it is exceptionally appetising at this stage. Rich and lush, with fine, ripe tannins which balance but don’t overpower. Very true to its 90% Cabernet component. Always highly sought-after, this is sure to be in great demand and rightly so.
