The largest property in the commune of St. Julien, Château Talbot capitalised on the excellence of the 2005 vintage and produced one of their best ever wines. While never a heavyweight wine and approachable while young, it can also age well for many years. Vibrant and fragrant, this is dense and luscious on the palate, with pure blackcurrant and cherry characters. A delicious St. Julien that more than demonstrates the class of the vintage.
