Given a 100 point score by influential wine critic, Robert Parker. This is a deep and profound wine; quite closed on the nose, with notes of blackberry, cassis, smoke and mocha. On the palate, this is intense and concentrated, with finely expressed, but robust tannins. The fruit is layered and attractive, with blackcurrant and a touch of smoky graphite coming through. A truly beautiful wine, with an extremely long finish.
