Our new look website and delivery changes. What is changing when, and why?

Our website

In early April, we will release a new look for Lay & Wheeler, which includes a refresh for our website. While it will look different, nothing is changing “under the hood”: it will still have every service and product as usual. We are still the same team with the same great wines, and we’re looking forward to this being better reflected as our brand moves onwards.

Our delivery partner

We have listened to your feedback on our delivery service and will begin working with a new partner (DHL) from early April in response to your needs. This will include better communication related to when your wine is arriving. Depending on what contact information you have saved with us, you will receive SMS and/or email notifications when your delivery is expected, with the ability to amend it accordingly.

Please note that for a short while, deliveries will arrive in unbranded boxes, as we trial upgraded packaging which also reflects our sustainability goals. They will however include a Lay & Wheeler delivery note so you can be sure they are from us.

We anticipate the boxes will be rebranded in very short order, and are grateful to you for your support and patience.

What do I need to do?

There is nothing you need to do. Your login details remain the same for our website, and we remain the point of contact for any queries related to deliveries.
