2022 The Trouble With Dreams Brut, Sugrue, South Downs, Sussex Dry | White | Sparkling

This highly sought-after release from the spectacular, sun-drenched 2022 vintage represents English sparkling wine at its absolute zenith. This blend of 60% Chardonnay and 40% Pinot Noir perfectly marries the rich, expressive fruit of England's warmest summer on record with a piercing, mineral-driven tension. 2025 Château Montrose, St-Estèphe Dry | Red | Still | 13.5%

A blend of 77% Cabernet Sauvignon, 19% Merlot and 4% Cabernet Franc from the Terrace 4. This is total class, showing the flesh and completeness of a warm vintage just the drama and tension of a cooler one. There is effortless focus and definition of cassis fruit here. Notes of violets, wild herbs, juniper and gravel lift from the glass. The palate delivers an uncompromising focus and direction through the palate - a wine of huge intensity and drama. This is a contemporary Montrose though, dense yet polished with layers of sandalwood, soy, iodine and dark berry fruit, with a lift of freshness through the endless finish.

2024 Quinta da Romaneira Sweet | Red | Fortified | 19.5%

A classic Quinta da Romaneira Vintage Port; fresh, precise and elegant, with intense fruit, fine tannins, good natural acidity and a clear expression of the estate. Deep purple in colour, the wine opens with a highly aromatic and very pure nose of violet, rockrose and wild herbs, followed by blackberry, black cherry, cassis and plum. Subtle notes of spice add complexity and reinforce its distinctive character. On the palate, it combines depth and freshness, with fine tannins and excellent structure.

2025 Monte Bello, Ridge Vineyards, Santa Cruz Mountains Dry | Red | Still

A unmistakably classic and elegant Monte Bello showing all the signatures of this top tier estate: freshness, depth, nuance and balance. The aromatics are complex and unfurl with violet and spice, tinged with accents of myrtille. The palate has superb definition with a core of ripe, supple bramble fruit. A wine of remarkable purity and freshness thanks to the cooler growing season and extended ripening, this will no doubt become a future classic.

2023 Diana Madeline Cabernet Sauvignon/Merlot, Cullen, Margaret River Dry | Red | Still

A beautiful vibrant purple red colour, on the nose this shows a heady perfume of violets, mulberry, and liquorice, followed by those classic sandalwood and cigar box aromas. The plate is beautifully poised between elegance and power. Cassis, mulberries and plums swim across the palate, joined by chocolate and vanilla. Silky tannins coat the mouth, finishing a wine of denseness and elegance. Amazing complexity to be found here.

 
2022 'Gran Enemigo' Red Blend, El Enemigo Wines, Argentina Dry | Red | Still | 13.5%

Aromas of blackberry, blueberry and herbal notes are accented by cardamom, liquorice, and floral nuances. Velvety with remarkable balance and freshness, and layers of ripe dark fruit, savoury undertones and a saline edge.

2024 Quinta do Noval Sweet | Red | Fortified

Matured for 18 months in wooden casks the Quinta do Noval Vintage Port 2024 is made with wines from ten different parcels, shows a deep color and a refined, expressive nose of black cherry, wild berries and violets, with notes of rockrose, redcurrant, subtle spice and a hint of cocoa. The palate is full-bodied and concentrated, with firm yet polished tannins, balanced acidity and remarkable purity of fruit. Precise and harmonious in structure, it is lifted by a mineral freshness that brings definition and poise. The finish is long, persistent and elegant, revealing great depth, delicate hints of dried flowers and clear ageing potential.

2024 Coleraine, Te Mata, Hawke's Bay Dry | Red | Still

The wine shows a deep, brilliant crimson with a vibrant purple core, and there an abundance of aroma nuances: cassis, blackcurrants, violets, masses of dark plummy fruit, accompanied by a hint of dark chocolate and a hint of  herbs. On the palate, vanilla and cedar develops into an enveloping, rich dark currant and coca body. This is very textured and polished, with silky tannins and a long and exceptional finish.

 
2018 As Bravas Malbec Cordón El Cepillo, El Enemigo Wines, Argentina Dry | Red | Still | 13.5%

Multi-layered, complex and moreish, with rich and unctuous red fruits and a coating of black forest liquorice, all balanced by a slither of saline minerality and graphite. The effect is one of commanding majesty.

2022 Arbois Savagnin Sous Voile, Bénédicte et Stéphane Tissot, Jura White | Still | 14.5%

This comes from Trias clay soils in the Arbois appellation. It undergoes a 30+ month élevage in both warm and cold cellars without topping up and a thin layer of flor forms on top the the wine ("sous voile") resulting in complex, salty, nutty, sherry-like flavours. The wines has an aromatic and floral expression with a lovely mid-palate weight.
