2021 Mount Edelstone, Henschke, Eden Valley Dry | Red | Still

These admirable 113 year old vines give a sense of place to the Henschke range and with Mt Edelstone overlooking the estate, it is the longest-made single vineyard wine in Australia. Notes of black cherry and brambles, sage and liquorice, the underlying notes of peppercorn and bay leaf give to a rich and luxurious wine that will only improve with age.

Young: 2028 - 2042
2021 Cyril Henschke Cabernet Sauvignon, Henschke, Eden Valley Dry | Red | Still

Named after the legendary Cyril Henschke, 4th generation winemaker, this cabernet beams with notes of cherry, eucalyptus, menthol and an explosion of blackcurrants. Super expressive and yet with velvety tannings, the vines planted here in 1988 run across the sunniest north-facing slope in the estate, reaping the benefits and creating a ripe yet deliciously elegant wine.

Ready: 2025 - 2045
2021 Keyneton Estate Euphonium, Henschke, Barossa Dry | Red | Still

A harmonious blend showcasing the Barossa Valley’s rich terroir. Expect aromas of dark fruits, spice and subtle oak. The palate is full-bodied with ripe tannins and a lingering finish.

Ready: 2025 - 2035
2021 The Wheelwright, Henschke, Eden Valley Dry | Red | Still

50 year old vines give us colours of deep crimson and aromas of raspberry, blueberry and violets. This shiraz hints at a more savoury aspect with notes of menthol, umami bombs, cloves and dried bay leaves. Named after Johannes Christian Henschke, the first generation of Henschke to live and grow vines in the Barossa, Johannes arrived off the boats and professed as a wheelwright and stonemason.

Ready: 2025 - 2045
2021 Loosen Barry Wolta Wolta Riesling, Jim Barry, Clare Valley Dry | White | Still

The indigenous name for a flock of birds, this exceptional dry Riesling is the result of a unique collaboration between Ernst Loosen of Dr. Loosen Estate and the Barry family of Clare Valley. It draws inspiration from Germany's Grosses Gewächs wines. This is a generous riesling full of oyster shell minerality and a richer fruit profile of yellow melon and exotic fruits. The wine is laced with both tension and softness, thanks to extended lees contact and two years in a barrel, prior to a year under bottle.

Ready: 2025 - 2040
2024 Florita Riesling, Jim Barry, Clare Valley Dry | White | Still

A dazzling vintage displaying tangy aromas of lime cordial, green apple and flint. The palate is taut and crystalline, packed with pure lime juice and grapefruit flavours. This will keep for years, with a bright, linear core of acidity that'll transform into honeyed and dried apricot notes with time.

Ready: 2025 - 2040
