2023 Saint-Joseph Les Grisières, André Perret Dry | Red | Still

This Syrah comes from old vines grown on the steep slopes in the north of the long, narrow St Joseph appellation, near the domaine in Condrieu. It shows notes of violets, dark cherry fruit with a little wild herb note. It has brightness and clarity on the palate with fresh hedgerow fruit with a twist of licorice.

 
2023 Condrieu Côteau de Chéry, André Perret Dry | White | Still

A true benchmark in the world of Condrieu, it is made from old vines approaching 70 years old. It marries together intensity and freshness with impeccable balance - apricot, honeysuckle, orange peel and white flowers show real detail on the palate with a wave of freshness and salinity that comes behind and refreshes the finish. Superb this year.

 
2023 Condrieu, André Perret Dry | White | Still

A real textbook Condrieu that avoids any sense of excess of heaviness. There is an immediate charm here due to the bright and focused stone fruit aromatics with a fine, subtle bitterness that helps to add complexity. The finish is fresh and tense and pulls you back for more.

 
2020 The Trouble With Dreams Brut, Sugrue South Downs, Sussex Dry | White | Sparkling

The 2020 Trouble With Dreams is precise, complex and thrilling. A blend of 60% Chardonnay and 40% Pinot Noir. From an exceptional year which enjoyed long spells of warm temperatures and higher-than-average light levels, the 2020 is a fruit-forward and generous expression of The Trouble with Dreams. With chalky, mineral acidity at its core, there is growing complexity evident from start to finish. Only 7,500 bottles produced. 6g/l dosage.

2022 4 Kilos, Mallorca Red | Still | 12%

From the variety Callet, it shows a beautiful perfume of wild summer berries, fresh herbs with a real elegance. It is fresh and harmonious with supple and chalky tannin, note of violets and rose petal with a beautifully balanced finish.

2022 Benje Tinto, Envínate, Tenerife Dry | Red | Still | 12%

Benje Tinto grapes come from an impressive altitude of 1000 metres in Santiago del Tiede in Ycoden-Daute-Isora with notable Atlantic and volcanic influence. The majority is Listán Prieto (also known as País) and a small amount of Tintilla and the vines are completely untrained which no doubt has contributed to this wine’s wild character. Expect bright red cherries and wild flower aromas combined with juicy, refreshing acidity and fine grained, integrated tannins.

2023 Palo Blanco, Envínate, Tenerife White | Still

Palo Blanco is the name of the viticultural zone in the village of Los Realejos, an area that is famed for producing high quality Listán Blanco (also known as Palomino). Envínate source their grapes from 5 different plots with the highest vineyards at 850 metres. The vines are over 100 years old and are trained to an old system where the cordons are plaited, a truly unique method. Attractive struck match reduction combine with a white grapefruit, citrus peel and ocean spray. It is tense and refreshing with a pulse of salinity and white flowers.

2023 Táganan Blanco, Envínate, Tenerife White | Still

A blend of different native varieties, this white shows a fascinating smoky and salty character with notes of struck match, ocean spray, white flowers and white grapefruit. It is crystalline and fresh with hints of white peach and a delicious savoury texture.

2023 Táganan Parcela Margalagua, Envínate, Tenerife Dry | Red | Still

A beautiful, perfumed wine with notes of white pepper, rose petal and warm rocks. It is silky, fine grained, with fine-boned acidity and a seamless charm. A sanguine note mingles with fresh violet and rose and there is a subtle earthy character to the finish. So nuanced, it is a wine of poise and personality.

2022 Vijariego Blanco, Bodegas Viñátigo, Tenerife White | Still | 13%

Vijariego Blanc is a variety with vibrant acidity, similar to a Riesling. The wine has been fermented in barrel which helps to add texture and creaminess. It is a juicy and refreshing with notes of orange peel, apricot and grapefruit with a spiced, ginger and acacia note on the finish.
