PN TX 20, Bollinger Dry | White | Sparkling | 12.5%

The 6th iteration of Bollinger’s PN series – a spotlight on Pinot Noir – is predominantly 2020 base with reserve wines coming from 2019 and 2008/2012 (aged in magnum). The finest iteration of the PN series to date, this opens with aromas of white peach, plum, and mirabelle. Behind this comes red currant fruit and a hint of fresh mango. There is a real sense of precision, depth of flavour and saline energy to this wine. An irresistible elegance bubbles from the glass with a lacy feel to the mousse on the palate. Long, mineral and saline on the finish. Excellent.

Ready: 2025 - 2040
2015 La Côte aux Enfants Champagne, Bollinger White | Sparkling

Champagne Bollinger’s newest single vineyard rarity is out of this world in 2015. On the nose there is an incredible depth, layers of orange blossom, quince and golden raisins. The palate has a remarkable texture, vibrant and energetic with refreshing salinity, a mastery of limestone and chalk soils. Refined and precise, this could be the best edition of La Côte aux Enfants Champagne yet!

2018 Wendling Blanc de Blancs, Ambriel, West Sussex (Disgorged Jan 2025) Dry | White | Sparkling | 11%

Expect crisp citrus, green apple and a touch of stone fruit on the nose. Pithy, racy lemon and lightly honeyed notes on the palate, all underpinned by a fine, chalky backbone and a beautifully persistent mousse. There’s a creamy, biscuity depth from the five and a half years on lees, but it’s the elegance and freshness that really stand out. The finish is long and deliciously saline.

Ready: 2025 - 2035
2010 Château Potensac, Médoc (2025 Ex-Château release) Dry | Red | Still | 14%

The 2010 Potensac is a smoky, refined claret, with plenty of complexity, supple tannins, and lovely lift on the finish. This is just so delicious - a wine that shows off Bordeaux’s 2010s beautifully.

Ready: 2015 - 2040
2023 Saint-Joseph Les Grisières, André Perret Dry | Red | Still

This Syrah comes from old vines grown on the steep slopes in the north of the long, narrow St Joseph appellation, near the domaine in Condrieu. It shows notes of violets, dark cherry fruit with a little wild herb note. It has brightness and clarity on the palate with fresh hedgerow fruit with a twist of licorice.

2023 Condrieu Côteau de Chéry, André Perret Dry | White | Still

A true benchmark in the world of Condrieu, it is made from old vines approaching 70 years old. It marries together intensity and freshness with impeccable balance - apricot, honeysuckle, orange peel and white flowers show real detail on the palate with a wave of freshness and salinity that comes behind and refreshes the finish. Superb this year.

2023 Condrieu, André Perret Dry | White | Still

A real textbook Condrieu that avoids any sense of excess of heaviness. There is an immediate charm here due to the bright and focused stone fruit aromatics with a fine, subtle bitterness that helps to add complexity. The finish is fresh and tense and pulls you back for more.

2020 The Trouble With Dreams Brut, Sugrue South Downs, Sussex Dry | White | Sparkling

The 2020 Trouble With Dreams is precise, complex and thrilling. A blend of 60% Chardonnay and 40% Pinot Noir. From an exceptional year which enjoyed long spells of warm temperatures and higher-than-average light levels, the 2020 is a fruit-forward and generous expression of The Trouble with Dreams. With chalky, mineral acidity at its core, there is growing complexity evident from start to finish. Only 7,500 bottles produced. 6g/l dosage.

Ready: 2025 - 2035
2022 4 Kilos, Mallorca Red | Still | 12%

From the variety Callet, it shows a beautiful perfume of wild summer berries, fresh herbs with a real elegance. It is fresh and harmonious with supple and chalky tannin, note of violets and rose petal with a beautifully balanced finish.

Ready: 2025 - 2032
2022 Benje Tinto, Envínate, Tenerife Dry | Red | Still | 12%

Benje Tinto grapes come from an impressive altitude of 1000 metres in Santiago del Tiede in Ycoden-Daute-Isora with notable Atlantic and volcanic influence. The majority is Listán Prieto (also known as País) and a small amount of Tintilla and the vines are completely untrained which no doubt has contributed to this wine’s wild character.
