2020 The Trouble With Dreams Brut, Sugrue South Downs, Sussex Dry | White | Sparkling

The 2020 Trouble With Dreams is precise, complex and thrilling. A blend of 60% Chardonnay and 40% Pinot Noir. From an exceptional year which enjoyed long spells of warm temperatures and higher-than-average light levels, the 2020 is a fruit-forward and generous expression of The Trouble with Dreams. With chalky, mineral acidity at its core, there is growing complexity evident from start to finish. Only 7,500 bottles produced. 6g/l dosage.

2022 Benje Tinto, Envínate, Tenerife Dry | Red | Still | 12%

Benje Tinto grapes come from an impressive altitude of 1000 metres in Santiago del Tiede in Ycoden-Daute-Isora with notable Atlantic and volcanic influence. The majority is Listán Prieto (also known as País) and a small amount of Tintilla and the vines are completely untrained which no doubt has contributed to this wine’s wild character. Expect bright red cherries and wild flower aromas combined with juicy, refreshing acidity and fine grained, integrated tannins.
