Château Suduiraut is one of the great estates of Sauternes. Situated adjacent to d’Yquem, it owns some of the finest terroir in the region and is prized for its richness and power. It has been owned by AXA since 1992 and is managed by the great Christian Seely, but the château dates back to the 16th century. Suduiraut was one of nine Sauternes estates ranked as a First Growth in the 1855 classification. Now part of the same stable as Pauillac Super Second Château Pichon-Longueville Baron, no expense is spared here. A rigorous selection in the vineyard and in the cellars ensures quality levels remain high.
