Refined characters on the nose, almost muted, but with a hint of something almost savoury. On the palate, there is an immediate sense of the crisp refreshing acidity that characterises this vintage. There is a broad mouthfeel, with ripe apple fruit, a leesy savoury note and steely minerality. Well-balanced and very long on the finish.
