Very concentrated, slightly menthol, edge to the nose. The palate is dense and complicated with bitter-sweet, tarry red fruits, overlaid by a violet florality. The exceptionally velvety texture of the mid-palate is gracefully concluded by a firm, yet well-judged and long, finish.
