The deep gold colour alone would indicate a high percentage of botrytised fruit; the nose confirms this with beautiful tangy, honeyed peach flavours. The palate is effortless, with wave upon wave of finely-tuned fruit, capturing luscious, juicy, tropical and fine mineral notes. The intensity is not overt, but it gradually builds, culminating in a tremendously long finish.
