As in 2012, this is a serious Muscadet of exceptional balance and texture. The flagship wine of the estate is produced from 50 year old vines resulting in great fruit ripeness with more mineral complexity than the Petit Mouton: oyster shell and crushed rock, alongside a richer, nutty quality and pure apple fruit. The best Sèvre-et-Maine Muscadet we’ve tasted this year.
