2005 Chorey-Lès-Beaune, Tollot-Beaut

A cuvée that reveals far more depth than is generally seen in
the wines of Chorey-lès-Beaune. The majority of the village's
vines are planted on flat terrain that in general produces wines
with less flair than from vineyards on the slopes. However, year
in year, out the Domaine produces deliciously fresh, juicy
village Chorey that although a wine recommended for
drinking at three to five years of age, is regularly vibrant and
full of flavour. The 2005 vintage is surely one of the best
examples that Tollot-Beaut has produced.
