Dinner with Château Smith Haut Lafitte and owner Daniel Cathiard on Thursday 14th March 2019

ONE OF BORDEAUX’S OLDEST PROPERTIES, A GRAND CRU CLASSE FROM ONE OF THE REGION'S GREATEST TERROIRS

We’re delighted to welcome Daniel Cathiard, owner of Château Smith Haut Lafitte on Bordeaux’s left bank, to London on Thursday 14 March. This property has been transformed under his leadership since he purchased it in 1990, after his career as an Olympic skier.

It's one of Bordeaux’s greatest terroirs, that's been prized for its red and white wines for centuries. And the efforts of the Cathiards has utilised this to the full, making these some of the most prized bottles in Bordeaux today.

We've raided their cellars for a selection of reds and whites, and have shipped them specially from Bordeaux for this intimate three-course dinner in the private dining room of Clarette in Marylebone.

Places will be strictly limited, so don't miss out on what promises to be an instructive and convivial evening.
