2007 Adelphi Breath of the Isles Single Malt AD, Single Malt Scotch Whisky, Highlands
A limited-edition whisky from acclaimed bottler Adelphi. The whisky comes from one of the distilleries on Scotland’s many isles, but the exact source is a mystery. Bottled in 2021 after 14 years maturing in cask, only 1020 were made. The nose is full of apple pie, marmalade, ginger, honey and heather. There’s a long, slightly saline and spicy finish.
