This Sercial is powerful and concentrated. After a hint of sweetness, a dry lemon-rind waxy texture follows to give a full-bodied and vibrant palate. This has a multi-layered complexity, with nuances of gently nutty, bruised pear and Seville orange, and finishes very dry.
