This is a balanced blend maintaining a rich intensity, whilst remaining tangy and vibrant. A fabulous palate combining weight, richness and smoothness. Concentrated dried apricot and orange, with a touch of fruit-cake, is carried to a long and lively finish. Medium-dry, yet without any sense of being ‘sugary-sweet’, balanced as this is by a vivid grapefruit acidity.
