Incredibly pure-fruited, aromatic and assured on the nose. The palate is layered and complex. There is a sense of a powerful wine holding back; full, yet not full-blown. The structure is delineated with a youthful balance (rich fruit smothering the tannic backbone) and all is melded together with incredible elegance and finesse. This is a great Taylor’s.
