This is the "basic" Chenin from David & Nadia Sadie, but that still makes it pretty special, given their magical touch with the grape. Produced from seven sites, most of which are on the Paardeberg, it's the Swartland captured in a glass, with apple and quince fruit, quietly spoken oak and racy minerality.
