Tasting notes

Carl van der Merwe's pan-Stellenbosch blend marries Semillon with Chenin Blanc and Sauvignon Blanc, all aged in older wood. Leesy, mealy and showing grapefruit, pear, wax and subtle struck match reduction, this is a white that tastes as good as it looks.
