Tasting notes

The Great Rouge is Cabernet Sauvignon based with Cinsault and lesser amounts of Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot. Made as a tribute to the Château Libertas blends of old, this is savoury and delicately wooded, with firmish tannins and bramble, raspberry and blackcurrant fruit.
