The 2016 Vin de Constance was picked over a period of 2 months, and is a simply astonishing sweet wine from one of the world's most legendary estates. Notes of orange blossom, fresh apricots, and pickled ginger, with amazingly freshness and lift on the finish. This is so focussed and so long, and already incredibly delicious. It will last a lifetime, or more. Bravo.
