This 100% Sauvignon Blanc is fermented in 90% new oak and spends 12 months on the lees, yet such is the intensity of fruit these flavours remain in a supporting role. The grapes come from the best of Reyneke’s four Sauvignon Blanc vineyards and have fantastic concentration. Aromas of ripe orchard and stone fruits leap from the glass, complemented with gunsmoke, while the texture on the palate is mouth-filling.
