2018 Chardonnay, Masút Winery, Eagle Peak
Fermented and aged for 10 months in old French oak barrels, this is expressive. Sour apple and vanilla aromas reach out from the glass. This has a rich, creamy texture with bright acidity, keeping everything fresh, and lovely citrus flavours and minerality on the lengthy finish. There were only 2,520 bottles made of this beautiful Californian Chardonnay.
