2016 Single Vineyard Sauvignon Blanc, Auntsfield, Marlborough
An expressive, powerful nose of limes, blossom and hints of capsicum leads onto a textured, flavoursome palate with amazing precision and length. It's the layers of flavour that really impress here, with fruits and spices unfurling over the palate, with dancing acidity providing the backbone. Brilliant.
