This is quite frankly impressive. Everything is natural from the yeasts to the pressing, the organic vineyard to the 1000 litre German oak fuder and the quality speaks for itself. The clever part is that with such low yields the wine is concentrated but only gently infused with oak thanks to the sheer size of the fuder. The balance is superb, with nuts and savoury richness adding to the beautiful fruit character.
