This 2021 Adelaide Hills Chardonnay shows the bright, expressive style of the region with some taut acidity and a saline finish. There are light hazlenut aromas, some bright citrus, softer peach fruit flavours and a hint of toastiness. Complex but refreshing and a pleasure to drink.
