The Tiers Chardonnay from Brian Croser is a wonderful expression from Australia. There's zesty grapefruit and a hint of cut grass, with salinity and texture that comes in waves. Such a baby, but with so much pleasure to give, this is a truly world-class Chardonnay. Like Chablis Grand Cru.
