Elegance and finesse spring to mind with complex aromas of apples, spice and ripe greengages on the nose whilst the palate is held by a spine of acidity which complements the fruit characteristics and gives the wine great poise. Intense in flavour with a touch of spice on the finish, this has been lightly filtered prior to bottling but unfined.
