2017 Quinta do Monte Xisto, Vila Nova de Foz Coa, Douro
Floral on the nose, with ripe plums and violets, and lots of spice, it’s the finesse and refinement of tannins on the palate that’s truly spectacular. The finish is long and elegance, unfurling with fruit, flowers and baked earth. Incredible.
