A ten-year vertical tasting of this wine last year demonstrated that this is not one of those new-wave wines which promises much and disappoints with bottle age. This is a wine with a proven ability to age and develop in bottle. Characteristically rich, intense and beautifully textured. The cooler styled ’08 vintage brings an elevated level of elegance and refinement. Extroverted and yet delicately poised!
