The 2018 from Laura deviates from the power of 2017, showcasing the finesse and precision that she manages to achieve in her wines. Being a cooler vintage, the wine demonstrates a floral perfume of rose, wild red berries and blood orange, as well as hints of herbs and liquorice spice. The tannins are powdery and fine grained and the core is so tightly wound. A vintage that is so accessible and enjoyable now, but has the restrained concentration to last for a long time.
