Biondi-Santi's Riserva is one of the great wines of Italy, and from a legendary vintage this is sure to be in high demand. It is made from the oldest vines on the estate, which are all more than 25 years old. Fermented in oak, it then spends 36 months in large oak barrels, before being bottled. It's a wine of breathtaking balance and complexity, deserving of its position at the pinnacle of Italian wine.
