100% Malvasia. Once picked this tiny production of grapes are hung on nets in the roof rafters to start their drying process for 3-4 months. This concentrates the grapes sugars and adds complex flavours. Orange blossom, ginger, toasted hazelnuts and salted caramel notes are apparent. At over 300 grams/ litre residual sugar this wine is sweet, but the acidity is searing and it is surprising that it has reached this level of sugar.
