Always the easiest Barolo in the range to taste, Fossati sits at the bottom of the hill and produces ripe wines of great depth. The 2010 has soaring aromatics with dried cherries, roses and cinnamon. Amazingly pure, the refined structure balances the great depth of fruit in this gorgeous wine.
