Classic nose of red cherry, anise and wild flowers, the palate shows the ripe frame of the 2009 vintage balanced by Verduno’s traditional vinification. Savoury and mouth-filling this has huge potential; a bottle of the 1999 with dinner was sensational with plenty left in the tank.
